Fallen Lancaster soldier remembered at Louisville ceremony
LOUISVILLE, KY. (WGAL 8)
A Lancaster County native is being honored at a memorial in Kentucky on Monday.
Sgt. Ronald Brubaker, of Lancaster, is being recognized at the Patriots Peace Memorial in Louisville for his military service.

The memorial exclusively honors military members who lost their lives in the line of duty in non-combat circumstances.
Brubaker was killed in September 1977 during a training accident in Okinawa, Japan, when his parachute failed to deploy. He was only 20 years old.
A glass plate bearing Brubaker’s name is being added to the Louisville memorial.
