4 Honored at Patriots Peace Memorial

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE 3 News)

Four members of the armed services were enshrined this Memorial Day at a Louisville memorial designed to honor those killed in the line of duty, but not by hostile action.

Four concrete bricks were removed from the Patriots Peace Memorial and replaced by personalized glass plates, allowing light to radiate out at night. A total of 448 members of the armed services have been memorialized since 2002.
